How to Play Word Cascade
Make a word
PLAY
- Swipe through letters or tap them one at a time.
- Letters may connect horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
- Each tile can be used only once in the same word.
- Release a valid swipe or press Play word.
- The same word cannot score twice during one round.
Game messages: “Keep going” means the word is too short. “Not in our word list” means it is not recognized. “Already played” means it scored earlier in the round.
Build bigger scores
- Longer words and less-common letters earn more points.
- Each consecutive valid word raises the combo, up to ×5.
- New discoveries add a word to your Word Book and award 5 Compass Points.
- Complete all three round objectives for 250 points and a bonus Burst.

Cascade Frenzy
Every word charges the meter, and longer words charge it faster. Fill the meter to double the next three word scores.
Clear more of the board
BombMake a 6-letter word
Clears the surrounding 3×3 area when used.
LightningMake a 7-letter word
Clears every tile bearing the same letter.

Power Words
Three appear each round. Each scores ×3 and creates a row-and-column cross blast.
Boosters
- Hint: highlights a familiar playable word.
- Shuffle: rearranges the board and plants fresh words.
- Burst: clears a 3×3 area and awards 100 points.
